The Lutheran Alliance for Full Participation is an association of groups with related missions, yet organizationally distinct goals, regarding gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender Lutherans. The Alliance organizations work cooperatively to provide a multifaceted approach to generate a climate of change toward the common goal of a Lutheran church which is truly inclusive of sexual minority people in all its forms of ministry and service. Extraordinary Candidacy Project
1320 Evelyn Avenue, Berkeley, CA 94702
ECP e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
The Extraordinary Candidacy Project (ECP) is an effort to keep qualified sexual minority pastors and seminarians in ministry. The ECP provides a process for certifying the credentials of openly gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered candidates who have satisfied all of the ministry criteria established by the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, but who also feel bound by conscience to oppose the ELCA’s celibacy requirement. The ECP provides professional development, peer support and mutual accountability for rostered clergy and seminarians.
LLGM: Lutheran Lesbian and Gay Ministry

Lutheran Lesbian and Gay Ministries is committed to the tangible support of openly identified sexual minority persons called to ministry. Through its individual donors, LLGM provides financial, pastoral, legal, and professional support to sexual minority pastors and to those congregations who support them. The Lutheran Network for an Inclusive Vision
P.O. Box 16313, San Diego, CA 92116
The Network provides a public roster of church leaders committed to witness to the inclusive Gospel of Jesus Christ by fostering full inclusion of sexual minorities (i.e. persons who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgendered) in the congregational life and ordained ministry of the ELCA. The Network encourages ELCA clergy, AIMS, and church members to challenge the policies and practices which continue to bring so much pain to the gay and lesbian members of our church and their families, and deprive the church of gifted professionals.
