IF YOU ARE A WELCOMING CHURCH, PRO-GLBT NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION, STUDENT GROUP, OR OTHERS WORKING FOR JUSTICE AND EQUALITY – CONSIDER SPONSORSHIP
Sponsorship means you will be directly involved in helping to make Lynchburg gay friendly, by having a table to display organizational information, displaying your banner at the Pride Fest, and being mentioned in all future publicity, press, and promotional literature, as well as having a link from the Soulforce website.
Table space must be reserved in advance. Suggested donation is $100 for organizations with budgets over $100,000/year and $50 for all other organizations. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in sponsoring this event.
(Deadline is September 25 for reserving tables)
Details of Sponsorship:
Each table is a standard 8 foot table, only one table per sponsor.
Table may be used for informational purposes only, with one exception:
Each sponsor may have one approved item available for a suggested donation. (For example, an organization my decide to have one specific type of bumper sticker available for a suggested donation of $2, or a CD for suggested donation of $10, etc..)

*** When mailing check, please include the following information:
- Official Name of Sponsoring Organization (for publicity purposes)
- Contact name, title, email address, and phone number
- Postal address and web page of the organization
- If will be providing your own table or need one supplied
- Description, picture, and/or sample of item to be available "for donation" at your table.
