In compliance with federal law, including provisions of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and Title IX and Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Mississippi College does not illegally discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, gender, age, disability or military service in admissions, in administration of its education policies, programs, and activities or in emplyment. Under federal law, the university may excercise religious preferences in employment in order to fulfill its mission and purpose.
Discplinary sanctions outlined in Article IV include suspension, expulsion and probation.
