Concerning GLBT Equality:
The New Saint Andrew’s College 2006-08 student handbook does not mention homosexuality. However, the following statement from the school’s Frequently Asked Questions webpage suggests that the college does not promote an atmosphere of academic freedom.
"Unlike so many formerly or nominally Reformed and Presbyterian colleges today, New Saint Andrews refuses to bow the knee before the idols of our age: feminism, multiculturalism, liberalism, statism, giantism, and postmodernism."
The student handbook lists feminism among "doctrinal errors" that can result in the student needing to withdraw from the college.
"The College expects students will neither embrace nor promote, formally or informally, historic or contemporary doctrinal errors, such as Arianism, Socinianism, Pelagianism, Skepticism, Feminism, Pantelism, the so-called Openness of God Theology, etc., among their fellow students. If students do come to embrace such errant doctrines personally, they promise by their signed pledge to inform the College administration immediately and honestly in a letter offering to withdraw from the College."
